When creating a support request, a support ticket is opened to document it. When the job is completed, this request changes from "In Progress" to "Completed". The system will then be automatically updated and an invoice will be sent by email in addition to being available in your client area.

You then have a delay of twenty-four (24) hours to send us your payment.
