During this call, the technician will ask you for your username and/or your customer account number. If you do not have one, he will open one and the procedure takes less than five (5) minutes. When your customer account is open, he will explain how it will work and allow you to be familiar with our support system.

No! We do not perform a credit check for the Technical Support Service unless you wish to obtain a service agreement (Ex .: A single billing date per month, regardless of the volume of the request).

When we offer a technical service, a support ticket is opened to document it. When the work is completed, this request changes from « In Progress » to « Completed ». The system will then be automatically updated and an invoice will be sent by email in addition to being available in your client area.

You then have twenty-four (24) hours to send us your payment.

NOTE: If you have a service agreement with us, we will charge you based on it.
