If your processor(s) is(are) running at 100% and this is caused by « w3wp.exe » (usually Windows Server 2008 and 2008 R2), please follow the procedure below :
IIS configuration
1. Connect to your server via the Remote Desktop
2. Open Internet Information Services (IIS) in "Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools"
3. Expand the window to view the [Server Name] and go to "Application Pools"
4. Right mouse click on "DefaultAppPool" and choose "properties". If your TCadmin site has another name, just choose the right "Application Pools".
5. Click on the "performance" tab and the "Web Garden" option, change the number of "processes" to 2 or more. If you do not have a lot of gaming server, you can set it up to a processor gaming server.
6. Save everything and click "ok".
7. Please stop "Application Pools" and restart.
This option allows you to configure IIS and have multiple simultaneous w3wp applications. Since each application has its own web session, you will notice that you are connected randomly when you are on the control panel. This is corrected by following the instructions.
