First of all, our system automatically communicates with you when you have reached 75%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 95% and 100% of your space-dsique. If, unfortunately, you have not received the notices, we will contact you to advise you of possible alternatives..

All our servers are in SSL/TLS mode. This means that you have access to our SSL/TLS server certificate in addition to the one offered by cPanel. If you need your own SSL certificate, you can communicate with us for more details or visit the « SSL Certificate » page to order one.

Our web hosting includes the default cPanel email service. If your needs require a different system (Ex .: Exchange), please contact us to know all available alternatives.

When your service is « Managed », it means that you do not have to worry about the configuration connected to cPanel (Eg: add an email, configure an automatic response, etc ...).

An « UnManaged » service is a service for which you are totally responsible. We offer you the 24/7/365 technical service but you agree to do it yourself and in case you are not able to do it, we can do it for you via our complementary technical service.
