If your web service includes the "backup" option, here is our reinstallation policy for a backup copy. For the purpose of interpretation and understanding, a backup copy is a complete file of your data at a specific date and time and is available for the following services :
• Shared Web Hosting
• Reseller Web Hosting (reseller account only)
• Reseller Web Hosting (Full Reseller Account)
• Cloud2Go service
• Backup2Go service
• Hosting2Go Service
• Webmail2Go service
• PC Service and Virtual Server
Backup day : every day
Backup Time : Between 00h00 and 09h00 (ET - Eastern Time)
Type of backup : Complete
Number of Guaranteed Retention Days : Last Fifteen (15) Days
Number of days of variable retention : From fifteen (15) to forty-five (45) additional days
Additional backup : 1st and 15th day of the month (available for a maximum of five (5) years)
Each backup copy is uploaded to an external server (in a secure location). To this, each backup copy is encrypted.
As specified above, we guarantee a retention space for a period of fifteen (15) days but we also have an additional variable retention of up to sixty (60) days. This means that in some cases it is possible to obtain a copy of your data up to sixty (60) days (when submitting your application). To this, a copy of the 1st and 15th day of each month is uploaded to another server and this copy is available for a maximum period of five (5) years.
