Here is the list of costs related to a reinstallation and/or rollback request :
One (1) reinstallation per month (less than 90 days of age) : No Fee
Reinstalling a backup copy between 91 and 364 days of age : 74.95$/hour
Reinstalling a backup copy between 365 and 729 days of age : 99.95$/hour
Reinstalling a backup with more than 730 days of age : 124.95$/hour
Important Notice : The reinstallation does not include the search for file (s) and/or file (s) by our technician. We offer a maximum of 3 free reinstallation per year (and is calculated according to the anniversary date of your service).
Please note that if this is an error and/or failure of a Net2Go Solutions system, there is no charge for reinstalling a backup copy.
