To manually activate your Windows key, please choose one of two (2) steps to remedy the situation :
Option # 1 (slui.exe)
1. Disconnect the network (ethernet) cable from the system.
2. Click on the Windows icon (lower left corner) and;
2.1 Windows 2000/XP/Server 2000/2003 : Click on execute/run and write "slui.exe" in the box and then "Enter" on your keyboard.
2.2 Windows Vista/7/8/8.1/10/Server 2008/2012/2016 : Perform a search for "slui.exe" and then "Enter" on your keyboard.
3. When the activation wizard is open, choose the phone option and the country (Canada).
4. Simply explain to the Microsoft Agent your request and provide the information in the 9 boxes.
Option # 2 (slui.exe 4)
1. Click on the Windows icon (bottom left corner) and;
1.1 Windows 2000/XP/Server 2000/2003 : Click on execute/run and write "slui.exe 4" in the box and then "Enter" on your keyboard.
1.2 Windows Vista/7/8/8.1/10/Server 2008/2012/2016 : Perform a search for "slui.exe 4" and then "Enter" on your keyboard.
